Free Fuel for a Year Competition Terms and Conditions GENERAL COMPETITION - Terms and Conditions of Entry These General Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the current competition run by the Promoter. The Terms and Conditions will be displayed at the reception desk in the new Toowong Mazda car showroom and at service reception both located at 135 Moggill Rd, Taringa QLD 4068. They may be amended or varied from time to time by the Promoter. 1. PROMOTOR The promoter is New Centenary Mazda Pty Ltd trading as Toowong Mazda ABN 21 168 183 800 (Promotor). The competition period commences at 9am EST on 1 August 2025 and closes on 30 September 2025 at 5pm EST. 2. WHO MAY ENTER Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of the Promoter or employees of its related bodies corporate (as that meaning is defined under section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) or the Immediate Family Members of such parties, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate Family Members" means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee. This competition is not valid to national fleet, rental fleet companies and government buyers. 3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. 4. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY Participants must purchase and take delivery of a new, demonstrator or used Mazda vehicle from the Promoter from the Toowong Mazda dealership located at 135 Moggill Rd, Taringa QLD 4068, within the competition period to receive one free entry into the draw. Only one free entry per vehicle purchased. All eligible vehicles must be purchased during the competition period between 9am EST on 1 August 2025 and before 5pm EST 30 September 2025 and delivered by 30 September 2025. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or applied as a discount off the vehicle price. 5. HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF WINNERS You are eligible to receive one free entry after you purchase and take delivery of a new, demonstrator or used Mazda vehicle from the Promotor between 9am EST on 1 August 2025 and 5pm on 30 September 2025. A total of two entries will be drawn at random. The first valid entry drawn will win. The first winner will be drawn on 1 September 2025. The second winner will be drawn on 1 October 2025. 6. PRIZE There will be a total of two prizes. Each prize will be free fuel for a year valued at $5,000 AUD (all inclusive). Each winner will receive their prize by way of EFT as one lump sum payment of $5,000 AUD (all inclusive) within 10 business days of confirmation of a valid winner. 7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER The first winner will be randomly drawn by chance on 1 September 2025 and the second winner will be randomly drawn by chance on 1 October 2025. Each winner will be contacted by phone and email by the Promoter. If any of the winners cannot be located following reasonable efforts to locate such winner by the Promotor, then the Promoter may randomly re-draw any prize not collected by any of the winners. 8. ENTRIES No responsibility or liability will be accepted or taken by the Promoter for any late, lost, invalid or misdirected entries. 9. PRIVACY The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of each winner and by agreeing to enter into this competition you consent to receive future marketing and promotional material from the Promoter. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (as that meaning is defined under section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)). 10. COMPETITION TERMS If for any reason a competition does not run for its duration due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter is not responsible for any: (a) malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer online system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website; (b) failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter; nor (c) Any injury or damage to entrants or any other person related to or resulting from participation in the competition or downloading any materials in a competition. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the respective prize winners and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the respective prize winners. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay in delivery or lead time associated with purchasing a new, demonstrator or used vehicle from the Promoter. |
